Nedra M. Halley
President
Nedra M. Halley, CPM®CCIM® is President of
the company. Nedra acquired ownership interest in 1985 and full
ownership in May of 1990. Nedra has numerous accomplishments
including serving as Chairman of the Arizona Multihousing
Association, President of the Phoenix Chapter of the Institute of
Real Estate Management, and was recipient of the 1991 Phoenix
Chamber of Commerce Athena Business Woman of the Year Award. She is
well-known in the industry for her integrity and
professionalism.
Christine Shipley
Vice
President and Chief Operations Officer
Christine Shipley, CPM® is Vice President. Christine is
responsible for the property management operations. Christine has
been with Dunlap & Magee since 1990. Prior to her appointment
in 2002 as Vice President of Operations, Christine was responsible
for a large portfolio of communities and has been very successful
in assembling, training and supervising a dedicated and efficient
team for each property.
Scott Fitzgerald
Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer
Scott Fitzgerald is Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer. He has been with the firm since 1992. Scott is a graduate
of McGill University in Montreal. He has a clear understanding of
the fiduciary responsibility we have to our clients and is vigilant
about protecting property owner's assets. His expertise in
compliance issues and operational accounting controls enable Dunlap
& Magee to satisfy even the most stringent audit requirements
of private and public entities.
Wendy Weiske
Senior District Manager and
Affordable Housing Specialist
Wendy Weiske, CPM® is Senior District Manager
and Dunlap & Magee's Affordable Housing Specialist. Wendy is a
Certified Occupancy Specialist, Certified Credit Compliance
Professional and is a designated instructor for the National
Apartment Leasing Professional program offered through the Arizona
Multihousing Association. Wendy also heads up Dunlap & Magee's
Compliance Department specializing in LIHTC Compliance monitoring
and training.
Marsha Ecklund
District Manager
Marsha Ecklund, CPM® is a District Manager with Dunlap
& Magee Property Management Inc. and has been with the firm
since October 2002. She has eighteen years of hands-on experience
in conventional property management which include excellent
communication, problem solving and team building skills. Marsha's
leadership is instrumental in her successful lease ups and
repositioning of communities to the top of their markets.
Kristi Thames
District Manager
Kristi Thames is a District Manager and has been with the
company since 2008. Kristi is an accomplished visionary with over
thirteen years in multifamily and commercial management. Her unique
problem solving and expertise have resulted in the highest level of
financial success for her clients. Through strategic planning and a
result-oriented focus Kristi successfully manages both start up and
growth portfolios.
Daniel Clark
District Manager
Daniel Clark is a District Manager and has been with
Dunlap & Magee since 2006. Dan has seventeen years of
experience in the operation of multifamily properties. Successful
team management, budget control and planning have resulted in his
proven ability to meet targeted goals. His hands on approach,
decisive leadership and attention to detail have established a
strong performance history in a wide range of portfolios including
lease ups, stabilization and construction rehabilitation.
Anna DiSabato
District Manager
Anna DiSabato is a District Manager and has been with the
firm since 2007. With thirteen years of multifamily management
experience Anna has excelled in even the most challenging
environments. A highly effective team leader with attention to
operations development, troubleshooting, and stabilization she has
a proven track record of the highest level of property performance
on both conventional and affordable portfolios.
